The Georgia Tank & Tools Contractors Affiliation was formed in 1991 by several contractor firms. Invoice Greer, who was the Vice President of Watkins Service Company, Inc. was very instrumental in organizing this commerce association for petroleum equipment contractors and was chosen to be the first Executive Director of the association. He has been the Govt Director since the beginning of the association and he, along with the assistance of his spouse, Pam, nonetheless serves as the present Executive Director.
